 The Story behind the piece

I found my way back to reading when I really needed it.

Not in some big, life-changing, spiritual-awakening kind of way. I just remembered how bloody lovely it is to get lost in a good book.

Finding a new favourite. Getting far too attached to fictional characters. Staying up later than you meant to because you cannot possibly end on THAT cliffhanger. And the absolute joy of escaping into another world for a little while.

The Book Stack Necklace came from rediscovering just how much I love being a reader - and wanting to make something for the people who get it too.
