Made to Order Jewellery will be created within 5-7 working days and then sent onto Royal Mail. I aim to send any ready to ship or Limited Edition piece within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays)
Royal Mail aim to deliver within:
UK STANDARD = 2-5 Working days
UK TRACKED 24 = 1-2 Working days
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY = Next Working day
OUTSIDE OF THE UK = 7-28 working days
Shipping Estimates are given by Royal Mail, once handed over I am not in control of how your parcels are handled.
Gift Certificates qualify for FREE Shipping as they are sent digitally.
Unfortunately, customs, tariffs and duties may be imposed by certain countries for overseas purchases. These are at the responsibility of the buyer...Please check with your custom offices for detailed information. I am, unfortunately, not in control of such enforcements. If your order is returned to me due to unpaid Customs Fees, a new delivery charge will be required before re-posting your order.

I only accept a return if:
Your item is not Personalised/customised
Your item has arrived damaged/has been made incorrectly
Items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for returning these items, covering any shipping fees and custom charges incurred for receiving your return.
I can only process your refund once I receive the item - refunds can take up to 7 working days to show funds in your account. I recommend sending via a tracked/insured service as I am not responsible for any lost items. Only item costs will be refunded - all postage costs are exempt.
I can only process a refund to the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for ensuring this payment method is valid at the time the refund is issued.
Please post your item to the Homebird studio within 30 days and retain a proof of postage as I may request a copy of this before issuing a refund.

If I have already started to make your made to order jewellery or custom piece I unfortunately cannot cancel your order. Please be sure you wish to purchase when you submit your order...if you're unsure about anything, just get in touch!

I create every piece of jewellery as a gift, whether you’re giving to friends and family, or just treating yourself! I package orders so they are ready to be gifted.
Orders over £75 comes in a gorgeous pink branded gift box, tied with a soft satin ribbon. Orders £75 and under come in a cute little organza bag and can be gift boxed for a small fee. All jewellery orders come with a free polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looks sparkling!
If you’re sending directly to the lucky recipient, I'm happy to include a handwritten message that they will see as soon as they open their parcel.
If you have ordered gifts that are destined to be worn together - like a couple of rings that will be stacked - and you only require one gift box, just let me know, as we try to minimise excess packaging as much as possible.

Please be aware that with the increasing work load in the run up to Christmas, I may not be able to accommodate custom/bespoke orders during this time.
I really recommend being measured by a UK jeweller, as sometimes there’s a few things to consider; like the width or thickness of your ring, whether you’d prefer a loose or snug fit or sometimes making sure the band will fit over your knuckle. Jewellers are great to help problem solve these issues in person and help you find the right size.

I understand that it is really tricky ordering the right fit, especially online. So I'm happy to resize rings, however resizing is subject to a small fee, this is calculated on a case by case basis as some designs/sizes may be more difficult to adjust.
Please contact me about your sizing requirements BEFORE sending in your ring, to discuss timeframes, pricing or availability.
All non personalised rings can be exchanged for any different size. Items must be posted within 30 days of purchase, so please retain a proof of postage. Any items posted after this time frame may incur an additional charge.
Buyers are responsible for returning these items and covering any shipping fees (and custom charges incurred for receiving your return) to the studio. These can be discussed when organising your return.

Instead of using an engraving machine your personalisations are stamped using steel punches, one letter at a time and positioned by eye, which means no two pieces will ever be the same. This packs a whole lot of character and charm into your jewellery...
