Each piece has its own timeline, so check the individual listing for the details. Most made-to-order jewellery takes up to 14 working days before posting. Solid gold or bespoke? Think 6–8 weeks (worth the wait ✨).

If it’s not personalised, yes. Send it back in original packaging (return postage is on you). Personalised pieces can only be refunded if I made a mistake.
Non - Refundable I'm afraid. But Gift cards are valid for 12 months so plenty of time to spend!
That’s the charm! Every letter is hammered by hand. This give it character and personality, it's not a defect 💖
I can resize most rings and bangles. Chains can also be adjusted (longer ones may cost a little extra). Just get in touch 💌
Yep! Free fixes within 30 days (if care advice has been followed). After that, or for big jobs, I can still help for a small fee.
