Omg!! This woman is incredible and clearly cares for her work. I cried when opening this. The amount of care she has done just in the packaging is just heartwarming. I got a free jewelry cloth and mini sweets. Everything was wrapped so beautifully. And of course the bangle is just perfect! It's exactly what I dreamed of. I've always wanted a personalised bangle but the ones I've looked into where always so bulky, but not this one it just perfect slim but not fragile as the quality is amazing and the engraving is perfect. She even messaged me to ask where I specifically wanted the wording, I cannot fault her or her business. This is truly a 5 star 🌟 and then some more business. a fantastic service, fast delivery and well presented with a personal note, the only issue I found even though it says the bangle is 2mm in the description I didn't realise how thin it actually is and the writing is hard to make out as it's tiny, but overall a beautiful gift ❤️

I wanted the bracelets engraved with my grand children’s names and wanted two bracelets for the children of the two daughters so that each daughter can have their one when I am no longer here.

I made a mistake in the order and ordered a hammered one and a plain one by mistake having wanted two plain ones - my order was confused and Jessica kindly agreed to rectify the whole thing by letting me send back one and get the right one back!
