When will my order arrive?
Jewellery is all handmade to order and will be created within 14 working days and then sent onto Royal Mail.
Pieces made from solid gold (like the Golden Era Collection) or bespoke commissions will be shipped 6-8 weeks after your order is placed.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within:
UK STANDARD = 2-5 Working days
UK TRACKED 24 = 1-2 Working days
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY = Next Working day
Gift Certificates qualify for FREE Shipping as they are sent digitally.
Stud Club orders are shipped on the 1st of each month.
How do I add a Symbol to my Personalisation?
If you'd like to add a symbol to your message please just let me know with your personalisations.
Please request this by either adding the symbol with an emoji (we love those!) or write the word in brackets like so: A (heart) J
For every custom design you can add either a Heart, Star, Infinity symbol, Paw print or Flower.

Is my Jewellery gift boxed?
I create every piece of jewellery as a gift, whether you’re giving to friends and family, or just treating yourself! I package orders so they are ready to be gifted.
Unless stated in the listing, orders come in a gorgeous pink branded gift box, tied with a soft satin ribbon. All jewellery orders come with a free polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looks sparkling!
If you’re sending directly to the lucky recipient, I'm happy to include a handwritten message that they will see as soon as they open their parcel.
Return Policy
I only accept a return if:
Your item is not Personalised/customised
Your item has arrived damaged/has been made incorrectly
Items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for returning these items, covering any shipping fees and custom charges incurred for receiving your return.
I can only process your refund once I receive the item - refunds can take up to 7 working days to show funds in your account. I recommend sending via a tracked/insured service as I am not responsible for any lost items. Only item costs will be refunded - all postage costs are exempt.
I can only process a refund to the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for ensuring this payment method is valid at the time the refund is issued.
Please post your item within 30 days and retain a proof of postage as I may request a copy of this before issuing a refund.

Beautiful as always, I think I'm on my third wedding ring for my husband, but that his fault. However, I don't mind as these stunning rings are superb value and are always engraved beautifully.
